Local stakeholders, including Buckinghamshire Council, local residents and town and parish councils, are important consultees in the NSIP planning process and SDC is committed to continuing to involve the local community as the proposals for SDC M40 Campus progress.

All written feedback from the consultation period will be considered by the project team.

Some aspects of the proposed data centre campus and on-site energy infrastructure will be determined predominantly by technical assessments as well as feedback from the statutory bodies we are engaging with, such as the Environment Agency and Historic England.

The inherently technical elements of the proposals – like building height, massing and the principle of use – are less open to influence by feedback from the community. The questions below focus on aspects of the Project that are more open to change.
