Stage One public consultation
Stage One public consultation November 2025 to January 2026
Our first stage of public consultation ran from 12 November 2025 to 8 January 2026*.
We held in-person and online events where members of the public met the project team and provided comments on early draft plans.
In total, approximately 167 people attended the four events, and we received comments on a variety of themes, including:
Employment and upskilling
Landscaping and amenities
Active travel and transport
Energy and water strategy
We have carefully considered feedback from this consultation, alongside technical and environmental assessments, to help inform the evolution of the proposals.
We continue to engage with technical consultees, local stakeholders and other interested parties.

Public consultation events
We held three in-person public consultation events in November 2025, which took place in Beaconsfield, Hedgerley and Gerrards Cross. Members of the public met the project team and were able to ask questions and provide written feedback.
