FAQs published on emerging plans for SDC M40 Campus

Public consultation is continuing on emerging plans for SDC M40 Campus. 

The consultation so far has included a series of in-person events in neighbouring areas of Beaconsfield, Hedgerley and Gerrards Cross, as well as an online webinar.

A summary of responses to some of the most frequently asked questions (FAQs) has been published on the website, including further information on the proposals.  These are available here: www.sdcM40campus.co.uk/faqs

Our plans are at an early stage, and further information on each of these matters will be made available at our second stage public consultation in 2026.  

The consultation period has been extended to ensure all have adequate time to consider, and have the opportunity to provide feedback on, the information provided in the FAQs.  Public consultation will now run to 11.59pm on Thursday 8 January 2026 (the previous deadline was Wednesday 17 December 2025).

Please provide any written feedback by the new deadline of 8 January 2025.  Written feedback from the public consultation will be carefully considered alongside technical and environmental assessments to help inform the evolution of proposals. A further stage of public consultation is planned for 2026, prior to the plans being finalised and submitted for planning consent.  

Please note that any feedback received prior to today will still be taken into account in developing the proposals.
